About Mike

Michael Cowen has lived in Northern Arizona for over 33 years.  Mike graduated from Northern Arizona University, located in Flagstaff and shortly after became actively involved in the buying and selling of real estate properties.  He obtained his real estate sales agent license in 1977.  Mike has since been licensed as a real estate Broker in the state of Arizona for over 25 years and prefers specializing in being a "buyer's agent", 100 percent committed to representing the buyer whom is seeking to invest in the Flagstaff. Williams and Parks area.  He works well with the listing agents in the area and will work with "For Sale by Owners", locating and acquiring residences, land and commercial properties for his clients.  

Mike is an associate broker for Realty Executives in Flagstaff, Arizona.  He is also a member of Northern Arizona Association of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service.  Mike has an ABR designation.  This Accredited Buyer Representative () designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors who meet specific educational and practical experience requirements.

Northern Arizona is an area rapidly gaining popularity and recognition.  This market is constantly changing where a professional earns his compensation (usually paid by the seller on behalf of the buyer), using his experience and knowledge to represent you, the buyer.  This means that when Michael Cowen is working for you, (the buyer) he has and agency relationship with you but his fee is usually being paid by the seller of the property.
